Sarah Cherne is the founder and CEO of Cold Mountain Solutions which offers consulting and coaching services to businesses in both the for-profit and non-profit arena. With 20+ years of experience as a CEO, she excels in providing strategy and solution to challenges around business development, expansion, capital acquisition, and overall business performance. Experienced in all aspects of executive management, Sarah excels at “turn around” operations and is considered a change agent by the teams she has worked with. She obtained a BA from the University of Southern Maine and a MA from the University of South Florida. She is a certified Executive and Career Coach and is trained to deliver the PDP Management program. She has served on various boards and commissions at both the city, county and state level and has run for public office in Charlotte, NC. Sarah is a 25-year bride to husband Damon and they both worship at Transformation Church in South Carolina and have two adult children. In her spare time, she leads two women focused bible study groups, golfs, hikes, travels to any mountain region and likes to “get creative” in the kitchen. She is an avid reader of God’s word and was called to SES to “glorify God by serving in the hopes to make a positive difference in the lives of those around her”.
